Stainless Steel bundle including chain and medallion for incarcerated citizens only, not including the state of California. Do NOT enter Sterling Silver medallions as an option.

All orders for incarcerated customers will be filled in compliance with the criteria set by the Department of Corrections in their specific state.
* Please Note: It is suggested that you select 2 options for a medallion. This will allow us to substitute your first selection if it is out of stock.

CHAPLAIN APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION FORMS
Please verify with the Chaplain of the facility if an authorization form or approval is required to receive religous medallions. If an approval form is required to be included in the order please upload the document by going to your cart (shopping bag icon). On the bottom of the cart screen there's a section labeled "Upload Approval Form" beneath the PayPayl button.
CALIFORNIA INCARCERATED CITIZENS (PRISON ORDERS)
If you are ordering for an incarcerated citizen (IC) in California please STOP. Go to the top menu bar and click "Collections", then "Incarcerated Citizens Bundle". Then select the California Bundle option.
Please be aware not all items on our website are permitted inside California facilities. All items approved for California are listed in the California Bundle.
